Responsibilities Create and manage engaging email newsletters using HubSpot and MailChimp platforms Develop and publish compelling social media content across various platforms to drive engagement Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Search Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Facebook / Meta Ads Manage and operate founder community platform to foster engagement and growth Produce basic video content using CapCut and other editing tools Design visual content and graphics using Canva and similar design platforms Participate in weekly team sync meetings and provide regular performance reports Follow established marketing workflows and standard operating procedures Communicate effectively via the company’s business messenger platform, Slack, or email Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement Requirements 2-5+ years of proven experience in social media marketing and paid advertising Demonstrated proficiency with Facebook / Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads platforms Hands-on experience with email marketing tools, particularly HubSpot and MailChimp Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut or similar platforms Graphic design capabilities using Canva or comparable design software Strong written communication skills and ability to work independently Experience with community management and engagement strategies Flexibility to work across time zones with availability for Pacific Time meetings Comfort using various communication platforms and adapting to new tools Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
