Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate billing records, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
• Monitor and track payments received and follow up on any outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and documentation
• Respond to billing inquiries and resolve any billing discrepancies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing information and timely invoicing
• Prepare reports on billing activities and provide insights to management
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
