We seek an Appointment Setter to drive outbound lead generation and secure qualified appointments with key decision-makers across various industries. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and booking demos to drive the sales pipeline. This position is critical for expanding business opportunities through effective outreach and relationship-building.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the kind of person who :

• Execute outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads across targeted sectors.
• Engage decision-makers through phone calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
• Schedule high-value appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in CRM systems.
• Tailor outreach strategies based on research to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Research target accounts to ensure personalized and relevant communication.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
• Monitor and report on outreach metrics to optimize performance and outcomes.

Requirements / Skills Needed : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales development, telemarketing, or appointment setting. Familiarity with the Australian market and business culture is a plus. Experience in B2B or B2C lead generation is an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging prospects and building rapport. Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
