Our client is seeking a Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist to help grow their local business network. You’ll focus on researching target businesses, reaching out via email and phone, and booking qualified appointments with decision-makers. This is a performance-driven role with commission incentives, offering flexibility and direct collaboration with the business owner.
Responsibilities
Research and identify target businesses (salons, gyms, clinics, offices) in the Bristol area
Gather accurate contact information and organize data in spreadsheets
Run email outreach campaigns using provided templates and marketing materials
Make outbound calls to qualify prospects and generate interest
Book qualified appointments and calls for the business owner
Follow up with warm leads to maintain engagement
Track outreach activities and report results
Prepare initial prospect list of ~50 local businesses to launch campaigns
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of lead generation or appointment-setting experience
Excellent phone-based communication and client-facing skills
Strong written and verbal English proficiency
Familiarity with email outreach, CRM tools, and spreadsheets
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Results-oriented, with a focus on conversions and measurable outcomes

Initial focus on 50 Bristol-area businesses across industries
Base hourly rate plus 10% commission on signed deals
Flexibility after the first 90 days based on performance
