We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives – Chat Support for a seasonal account. This is a full-time role based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental.
Position Details :
Location : Within Cagayan de Oro City
Type of Work : Seasonal (3 months)
Setup : Work From Home (after training)
Training : 3 weeks onsite, then transition to WFH
Equipment : Provided by the company
Key Responsibilities :
Handle customer inquiries and concerns through chat, email, and other channels.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
Escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of interactions.
Support continuous improvement of service processes.
Qualifications :
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Previous experience in customer service or BPO preferred.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools.
Can thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
