Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified
Paid Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, with expertise in creating and optimizing campaigns across various platforms. You will collaborate with a team of copywriters, graphic designers, and video editors to deliver impactful advertising solutions tailored to meet client goals and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Digital and Social Media Advertising
Develop and execute digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.Required : Active Google Ads Certification.
Preferred : Additional certifications in Google Search, YouTube, or Meta Blueprint.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos.Build and optimize advertising campaigns using existing budgets and messaging calendars.Continuously analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results based on client KPIs.Manage multiple client accounts, each with unique goals and objectives.Ensure compliance with platform terms, conditions, and legal requirements, especially for special ad categories.Exhibit intellectual curiosity and ask relevant questions to deeply understand campaign goals and achieve optimal outcomes.2. Software Proficiencies
Utilize tools such as Google Workspace, Dropbox, and Canva to manage campaigns and collaborate effectively.3. Progress Reporting
Regularly update reporting scorecards to monitor KPIs.Partner with the VP of Digital Strategy to refine strategies based on performance metrics and reporting insights.Experience :
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising, including campaign creation, optimization, and reporting.Proven experience managing multiple advertising accounts with diverse objectives.Active Google Ads Certification is mandatory.Preferred certifications include Google Search, YouTube, or Meta Blueprint.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).Experience with Canva for ad design is a plus.Familiarity with Dropbox or similar file-sharing platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new advertising trends and strategies.Independent Contractor Perks
