Location : Work-from-home, Philippines

Employment Type : Part-time

Salary : Php 25,000 - 45,000

Role Overview

An Australian and New Zealand food supplier entering a rapid growth phase is seeking a highly motivated UGC and Digital Ads Specialist with AI-UGC expertise to execute its UGC Playbook and build a brand presence from the ground up. Reporting directly to the General Manager and CEO, this role requires a self-managed professional who can independently produce, test, and optimize high-volume AI-generated creative assets across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta Ads.

The UGC & Digital Ads Specialist will be responsible for driving growth in Australia and New Zealand by producing and optimising high-volume, high-impact digital ads. Working remotely, you’ll create 15–20 UGC-style video ad variations per week, leveraging both supplied assets and AI tools to accelerate content creation. This role sits at the intersection of creative production and performance marketing , ensuring that every piece of content not only looks good but delivers measurable business outcomes.

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just follow trends but actively creates disruptive, trendy, scroll-stopping content that feels native to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and emerging platforms.

Major Objectives (First 6–12 Months)

Ad Production Velocity : Consistently deliver 15–20 ad variations weekly that pass QA and are platform-optimised.

Creative Performance : Improve key KPIs (CTR, thumb-stop rate, CPL) through systematic testing and iteration.

AI Integration : Build and optimise a workflow where AI tools (Arcads.ai, ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Photoshop AI) cut production time by at least 30%.

Competitor Benchmarking : Create and maintain a competitor creative library, extracting winning patterns to apply in Snack Out campaigns.

Insight Reporting : Provide clear, actionable weekly reports to GM / CEO on which creative elements are working, which aren’t, and what to test next.

Responsibilities

Produce 15–20 UGC-style short-form ad variations per week.

Execute weekly content buckets (UGC, scroll-stoppers, product demos, occasion / menu hacks).

Edit video content, add music / voiceovers, and optimise for platform algorithms.

Benchmark competitors and adapt winning creative hooks.

Conduct QA checks for compliance, product accuracy, and brand safety.

Track ad performance (CTR, thumb-stop rate, engagement, cost per lead).

Provide insights and recommendations to GM / CEO.

Use AI tools for creative remixing, hook generation, and ad testing.

Requirements

5+ years in digital marketing or social-first content production.

Strong portfolio of UGC-style content and short-form video ads.

Skilled in TikTok / Instagram / Meta content creation and editing.

Strong short-form video editing and audio integration skills.

Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and enhancement.

Experience with digital ad testing and optimisation.

Analytical mindset – comfortable tracking performance KPIs.

Requirements

2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with UGC-style content creation, especially for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta Ads platforms. Proven experience producing high-volume short-form creative assets (30–50 variations per week) across diverse formats (e.g., hooks, scroll-stoppers, carousels). Demonstrated track record managing AI-based creative tools (e.g., Arcads.ai, ChatGPT, hook generators, automated script remixers). Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as thumb-stop rate, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and store locator clicks. Prior experience working remotely in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment. Knowledge of food & beverage industry marketing is a strong plus, especially within B2B2C or wholesale / retail crossover markets.
