Compensation range : AU$2,500 - AU$2,800 / month

About the role

Our client is seeking a Paid Ads Specialist (Meta-Focused) to lead end-to-end performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads. You’ll own strategy, build and optimise campaigns, write ad copy, and report on results, primarily for service-based businesses such as home improvement companies and healthcare practices.

The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple clients at once and collaborate closely with account managers and internal teams.

Responsibilities :

• Strategise, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Craft compelling ad offers and develop matching creative direction (e.g. lead-gen hooks, seasonal variations).
• Write ad copy and develop basic creative using Canva.
• Set up new ad accounts and resolve backend issues; well-versed in diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of platform-level challenges with speed and precision.
• Run A / B tests, maintain campaigns over 3–12 months, and continuously optimise performance.
• Deliver reports using templated dashboards, including performance commentary and budget tracking.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and performance.
