JOB SUMMARY :
We’re on the lookout for an experienced digital marketer who’s ready to set up and manage daily campaign execution with a focus on reporting, insights and strategy. You’ll work closely with our client manager and content team to launch and optimise successful digital campaigns and translate campaign data into clear, actionable takeaways. If you know digital advertising platforms inside and out, are confident with numbers, and love helping clients understand what’s working (and what’s not), this could be the perfect next step.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Sole Digital Campaign Owner
You will be responsible for end-to-end digital campaign management, setting up, monitoring, and optimising campaigns across platforms. This includes managing budgets, targeting, bids and tracking. You’ll work closely with the team to brief creative assets, implement paid strategies and ensure campaigns deliver results.
Daily Reporting & Analysis
Deliver (daily / weekly / monthly) campaign reports with key insights and clear “what’s next” recommendations.
Highlight wins, flag risks early, and recommend optimisations to deliver maximum ROI.
Track results against KPIs and performance goals
Client-Facing Strategy & Communication
Own the client relationship on the reporting front, presenting results clearly and confidently
Set and manage client expectations based on data.
Adapt messaging to suit individual client personalities and needs.
Campaign Execution
Plan and launch digital campaigns end-to-end
Work with client managers and strategists to brief creatives and content teams
Ensure assets are on-brand and on time
Optimisation & Testing
Use data analytics tools (Google Ads, Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Business Manager, SEMrush, Agency Analytics) to find growth opportunities and refine campaigns
Run A / B tests and scale what works

Requirements
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :
3+ years in a digital marketing role with heavy reporting and client-facing duties.
Proven ability to turn raw data into clear, compelling narratives and actionable plans.
Hands-on experience with paid ads tools, including but not limited to : Google Ads, Tag Manager, Search Console, LinkedIn and Meta Business Manager.
Strong analytical mindset, comfortable diving into spreadsheets, dashboards and campaign metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to senior stakeholders.

Requirements
At least 3 + years’ experience in Digital Marketing Intermediate Word and Excel skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications Experienced in Web Development and Designing Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines CRM & Email Marketing : Intermediate to advanced skills in Zoho (or similar). We're keen on leveraging this platform even more. WordPress Publishing : Whilst the primary responsibility is publishing articles and blogs, development capability would be an advantage. Design : Intermediate skills in Canva. Social Media : Beginner to intermediate skills. Our focus is on promoting our great work rather than being overly complex. SEO : While we use an external firm for SEO, you'll need to understand how to execute on their instructions and publish according to their guidelines. Analytics and Reporting : Monthly reporting of the success of our marketing efforts across all channels. Strong Organizational Skills : You'll have a lot of balls to juggle, so the ability to prioritize and excel in internal communications is essential.
