Overview
Under the supervision of the Legal Director, this key position is responsible for meeting the legal requirements of companies under ADEC Group.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handles corporate housekeeping for local and foreign companies under ADEC Group.
- Drafts and reviews all contracts entered into by the Company.
- Provides legal advice and consultation on issues with legal implications.
- Gives advice on labor law compliance and handling of labor cases.
- Ensures monitoring and compliance with SEC reportorial requirements.
- Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations, including the Employee Code of Discipline, and policies on Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and Environmental Management System (EMS); and other duties and responsibilities prescribed for all AMDATEX employees.
- Ensures compliance of all NCAPACs and other audit findings within the prescribed period.
- Reports security incidents and / or any identified security weaknesses.
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Laws / Juris Doctor degree holder.At least 8 years in practice with extensive experience in labor law and corporate law.Exposure in DOLE / NLRC.Preferably 1 year or more of relevant and related experience in the BPO industry.IMPT.
