HR Associate (Compensation and Benefits)

Responsibilities :

• Administer salary structures, pay adjustments, and compensation policies.
• Manage HMO, insurance, allowances, and company benefits programs.
• Ensure accurate processing of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG , and BIR contributions and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors (HMO, insurance, government agencies) for updates and resolutions.
• Support payroll processing by validating compensation data, deductions, and benefits.
• Maintain HRIS / employee records related to compensation and benefits.
• Assist with performance bonus calculations and salary review cycles.
• Monitor compliance with the Labor Code and company C&B policies.
• Address employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, and government contributions.
