Overview
The Management Secretary provides administrative support to the Vice President of Business Process Excellence in areas of internal and external communications, operational requirements, special projects, reports and other standards of the division.
Responsibilities
- Manage internal & external communication
- Manage operational requirements of the functions
- Participate in the special projects of the Division
- Consolidate compliance and other Business Process Excellence related requirements
Qualifications
BS Degree in Business Administration, BS Statistics, BS Math or any related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in an executive support roleStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAmenable to work full on-site at SM Retail Headquarters - Pasay City.#J-18808-Ljbffr
