JOB DESCRIPTION : Virtual Assistant – Administrative
Industry : Law Firm
Employment Type : 40 hours per week; Full time
Rate : 8AUD / hour
Purpose : The position is responsible for providing a range of timely and accurate administrative support. This position is responsible for supporting the client to help him stay organized and complete tasks that allow him to focus on more advanced responsibilities. The role is integral to the success of the business.
Qualifications :
- Must have a relevant experience in administrative support
- Experience is using LEAP software is a PLUS
- Experience working for a legal firm in the past is a PLUS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to details
- Highly organized with good attention to detail
- Experience in establishing and maintaining effective administrative systems and processes
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team member
- Savvy on social media
- Good report writing skills
- Background on minute taking
