Responsibilities
- Transcribe and proofread legal documents
- Accurately file documents with the court ahead of deadlines
- Process third party Lawyers
- File, organize, scan, copy and fax legal documents in a timely manner
- Answer phone calls, take notes / messages and redirect calls when appropriate
- Schedule court depositions, hearings, and other meetings
- Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders
- Coordinate with Corporate Secretaries regarding document requests and pending cases
- Attend external meetings or court hearings
Asset Management
Maintain and monitoring and safekeeping documents related to Legal MattersExecutive Administrative Support
Perform administrative support functions such as, creating reports, and drafting correspondence for Audit Legal, Accounting Legal and HR Legal.Others
Schedule and prioritize activities to meet the legal needs. Develop effective working relationships with Staff and other persons related to the Company.Daily Report
Monitoring on the legal concerns assigned by the Immediate SuperiorRead emails and answer correspondence on a professional wayUpdate the Immediate Superior for any issues that need immediate approvalOversee tasks being assigned by the PresidentWeekly Report
Weekly Accomplishment Report to be submitted every FridayAttending MANCOM Meeting every MondayMonthly
Consolidation of all reports, updates on Special project or tasks assigned by the Immediate Superior. To be submitted every end of the month .Others
Additional reports that requires by the Immediate Superior.Education and Experience
Associates degree in Business Administration or equivalentPrevious legal experience is a plusKnowledge of administrative practices and procedures, data management methods, basic accounting practices and human resources practicesProficient computer skillsWorking knowledge of relevant software programsKey Skills and Competencies
