About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner (Sr.
HRBP) Manager to provide strategic HR leadership and oversight across one of our major business units.
This role goes beyond traditional business partnering — the Sr.
HRBP Manager will lead a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment of people strategies with business objectives while also engaging with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver specialized expertise.
With exposure to a large-scale organization of approximately across multiple facilities / plants, this role requires strong leadership, deep HR expertise, and the ability to navigate complexity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership Partner with business unit executives and senior leaders to design and execute HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and enable business growth.
Act as a thought partner, shaping workforce strategies that address both immediate and long-term business needs.
Team Leadership & Advisory Lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring they are equipped to provide effective support to site-level leaders.
Serve as the primary escalation point and consultant for BPs on complex employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development issues.
Implementation of Core HR Programs Implement and support workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning across the business unit.
Drive leadership capability through coaching, training, and development strategies.
Collaboration with HR COEs Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, etc.) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Leverage COE expertise while ensuring solutions are tailored to the business unit’s unique needs.
Stakeholder & Change Management Build strong, influential relationships with senior leaders, plant managers, and key stakeholders across multiple facilities.
Lead or support change management initiatives during organizational transitions, ensuring smooth execution and employee buy-in.
Employee Experience & Organizational Capability Champion employee engagement, culture-building programs, and diversity & inclusion efforts within the business unit.
Foster open communication channels to enhance employee experience and trust.
Data-Driven HR Decision-Making Analyze workforce and HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, productivity) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide actionable insights that inform both business and HR strategy.
Compliance & Risk Management Oversee the consistent implementation of HR policies, programs, and processes across multiple sites.
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, occupational standards, and company policies.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
10–12 years of progressive HR experience , with at least 5 years in an HR leadership or senior business partner capacity.
Proven experience managing HR teams in large-scale organizations, with multi-site or multi-plant exposure .
Strong expertise in HR disciplines, including employee relations, organizational development, performance management, and succession planning.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with HR COEs to deliver specialized solutions.
Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at the senior leadership level.
Strong track record in leading through change and building organizational capability in complex environments.
Preferably with experience working in manufacturing, infrastructure, or similar industries.
Willingness to be onsite daily at the assigned business unit, with occasional travel to plants / sites.
