You'll be working directly with our General Manager for Business Development, leading a team to secure high-traffic locations in top-tier malls like SM, Ayala, and Robinsons.

Your Mission :

Spearhead the development and execution of bold leasing strategies that will fuel our company's expansion.

Lead a team of experts to hit an annual target of 20 new store openings and lease renewals.

Be the master negotiator, securing favorable terms and closing deals that benefit our brand.

Be our eyes on the ground, conducting site visits and ensuring every location lives up to our standards.

Scout and assess new property opportunities, turning market data into strategic moves.

Champion our brand by building and nurturing powerful relationships with developers and landlords.

What You Bring to the Table :

Proven Experience : A minimum of 5 years in a senior business development or leadership role, with a track record of success in leasing.

Strategic Leadership : The ability to inspire and manage a team to consistently exceed targets.

Mastery of Negotiation : Your skills are second to none when it comes to closing complex deals.

A Robust Network : You have strong connections and a reputation for building lasting professional relationships.
