Massage Therapist

General Duties and Responsibilities :

Accompanying guests to and from massage rooms.

Perform spa services to clients

Deliver world-class customer service to clients

Explain indications and contraindications of spa services to clients.

Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized spa facility.

Setting up spas and workstations, and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout the shift.

Assisting with keeping linens clean and tidy, and replacing them between sessions.

Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.

Attending and participating in training sessions.

Assist in training OJTs, franchisees, and other trainees.

Assist management team in achieving company goals and bringing Hilot to the World.

Other pertinent duties and tasks.
