Paralegal (HS)

The Paralegal at GFT will provide essential legal support to the legal team by assisting with research, documentation, and compliance tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage multiple legal projects while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for the legal team.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings.
• Manage case files and ensure all relevant documentation is organized and accessible.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties as required.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with legal deadlines and reporting requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal correspondence and memos.
