We're Hiring : Customer Experience Specialist
Cebu / Baybay, Leyte | Onsite | Night Shift
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who will ensure an excellent online shopping experience for our customers across various marketplaces. This role involves handling customer communications via email, calls, voicemails, and live chat, while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain high performance standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide customer service support for Amazon 2P and 3P accounts and monitor performance metrics.
- Represent assigned brands and ensure compliance with their online selling policies.
- Address customer inquiries related to orders, refunds, and shipments
- Coordinate with internal teams (Supplier Management, Inventory, Pricing, Warehouse, etc.) for order-related concerns.
- Send order notifications and updates for delays or changes.
- Investigate lost or defective product claims with shipping carriers.
- Update internal tools and reports regularly.
- Assist the Customer Service Manager and serve as point of contact when needed.
