Beverage Preparation : Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks, according to recipes and standards.
Customer Service : Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, process payments, and provide menu recommendations or answer questions about ingredients.
Workstation Management : Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
Cleanliness & Stocking : Keep the work area, seating areas, and equipment clean, sanitary, and organized. Also, restock supplies such as coffee beans, cups, and pastries.
Food Service : Prepare and serve food items like pastries, sandwiches, or other food products offered at the establishment.
