Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation : Prepare and serve various hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other specialty drinks, following established recipes and techniques.
Equipment Operation : Safely and efficiently operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage-making equipment.
Customer Service : Greet customers, take their orders, answer questions about the menu, offer recommendations, and build positive customer relationships.
Point-of-Sale (POS) Operations : Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system.
Cleaning and Maintenance : Clean and sanitize work areas, counters, equipment, and other tools to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Inventory and Stocking : Monitor and restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and pastries.
Food Handling : Prepare and serve food items, such as pastries, sandwiches, and other snacks offered at the establishment.
Team Collaboration : Work effectively with other team members, including baristas and managers, to ensure smooth operations.
