Responsibilities :
- Strategic Sales Leadership :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue goals and expand market share.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing clear guidance and direction.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales organization.
- New Client Acquisition :
- Utilize a proactive approach to identify and engage new clients, including banks, financial institutions, retailers, and other businesses.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline by consistently seeking new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships to broaden market reach.
- Account Management :
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
- Work with the account team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the client base.
- Address and resolve escalated client issues promptly and effectively.
- Market Expertise :
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the payments ecosystem.
- Leverage deep knowledge of the Philippine payment landscape to customize solutions for local market needs.
- Provide market insights to support product and service development.
- Digital Transformation :
- Promote digital transformation services to clients seeking to enhance their online capabilities.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.At least 15 years of relevant sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.Strong network and relationships within the payment industry in the Philippines.Proven success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker capable of translating market insights into actionable strategies.Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and mentorship.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes.High integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.
