Marketing Automation Specialist (AU Retail, Hybrid)

Schedule : Monday – Friday (06 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required :

• Tertiary equivalent with Marketing or Communications as a major preferred
• Certification in CRM or automation tools
• 3-5 years’ experience in a Marketing Automation role.
• Hands on experience with marketing automation tools, preferable Adobe Campaign Classic
• Experience creating automation journeys, including those with dynamic content
• Strong understanding of automation principles, workflow design, and data integration.
• Understanding of SQL and JavaScript
• Experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automated processes within our CRM system to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of CRM systems, automation tools, and data analysis techniques

In this role, you will manage our automations within our marketing automation platforms, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to all relevant processes.
