Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in coconut or dairy powder production.
Strong understanding of food processing technologies, quality control, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in production planning, inventory management, and reporting tools.
