Responsibilities :
Ensure all marketing materials align with branding guidelines.
Document all advertising and promotional activities.
Identify and recommend external media opportunities.
Conceptualize marketing collaterals for Executive Director approval.
Monitor effectiveness of released materials and document results.
Coordinate with creative teams for production of collaterals.
Recommend suppliers with lower production costs.
Implement community campaign and visibility plans.
Submit periodic status reports to the Executive Director.
Perform Customer Relations Officer functions as secondary tasks.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Knowledge of general marketing, advertising, and communications
Creativity
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English and Filipino
Knowledge in photo-enhancing and digital art software like Photoshop (an advantage)
Qualifications :
Graduate of Management, Communication, Visual / Multimedia Arts, or related programs
Minimum 2 years in marketing
Entry-level applicants accepted with validated experience in marketing / event organization and strong scholastic records
Experience in advertising agency (advantage)
