Schedule : Monday – Friday (06 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required :
- Proven experience in providing administrative support within a construction or project-based environment
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, including job readiness reviews and scheduling processes
- Familiarity with Notice of Commencement procedures and preparation of official client correspondence
- Experience coordinating client variations and handling client inquiries in a professional manner
- Ability to prepare construction projections and assist with council permit applications as required
- Proficient in data entry, digital file management, and use of shared communication channels (e.g., build@ email)
- Knowledge of HBCF insurance processes and project completion documentation
- Experience using portals such as AGL for utility disconnection at project close-out
