Job description

Salary : P35,000 - P40,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule : Monday – Friday (06 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required :

  • Proven experience in providing administrative support within a construction or project-based environment
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows, including job readiness reviews and scheduling processes
  • Familiarity with Notice of Commencement procedures and preparation of official client correspondence
  • Experience coordinating client variations and handling client inquiries in a professional manner
  • Ability to prepare construction projections and assist with council permit applications as required
  • Proficient in data entry, digital file management, and use of shared communication channels (e.g., build@ email)
  • Knowledge of HBCF insurance processes and project completion documentation
  • Experience using portals such as AGL for utility disconnection at project close-out

  • What will you do?

  • Providing day to day administration support to the Construction team
  • Reviewing jobs ready for construction to identify specific requirements for Site Supervisor
  • Scheduling new jobs for construction starts
  • Notice of Commencement tasks
  • Preparing and sending official correspondence to clients
  • Facilitating client variations during construction
  • Prepare construction projections for management
  • Organise Council permits for construction jobs when applicable
  • Data input and file management
  • Help answer any questions clients may have, or alternatively point them in the right direction via the build@ email account
  • HBCF (insurance) – send project completion advice through at close of job
  • AGL portal – electricity and gas disconnection at close of job
