We are looking for an experienced Lease Administrator with a strong background in US commercial real estate lease administration to join our Facilities team. You will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining lease and lease-related documents for a complex real estate portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all lease-related tasks.
What Youll Do
- Manage real estate leases in lease accounting software add new leases, update existing records, and generate reports as needed.
- Maintain accurate and updated internal real estate property reports and lease documentation.
- Track and monitor lease expiration dates and other critical timelines to ensure timely completion of requirements.
- Participate in weekly calls with the Facilities Director and US real estate broker partners to review active transactions.
- Review transactional lease documents (LOIs, amendments) to confirm business requirements and compliance with standard lease terms.
- Draft notices, lease amendments, and other necessary documents.
- Collect data and documentation for upcoming lease transactions.
- Support US-based stakeholders on lease terms, conditions, and compliance matters.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.35 years of experience in US Commercial Real Estate Lease Administration (healthcare industry experience a plus).Strong understanding of US real estate lease language, terms, and compliance requirements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.Proven time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with lease accounting software.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
