We’re looking for a Full-Time Dispatcher to join our growing remote team!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for assigning tasks to field technicians, tracking job progress, and processing billing accurately.
You’ll act as the key link between clients, field teams, and internal operations — ensuring every service request is handled efficiently and professionally.
🔧 Key Responsibilities - Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians based on skill, location, and availability - Monitor job progress and ensure all service requests are completed on time - Review work orders and process billing accurately - Communicate updates between clients, field staff, and internal teams - Maintain organized records of jobs, schedules, and invoices - Support improvements in dispatching and billing workflows - Prepare weekly reports on assignments and billing updates 📋 Qualifications - 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, billing, or operations coordination (HVAC or related field preferred) - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel and dispatch / billing tools - Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a remote setup Preferred (Nice to Have) : - Experience with ServiceTitan, Jobber, or QuickBooks - Background in customer service or field team coordination - Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace 🌟 What We Offer Competitive monthly pay Full-time, remote position with growth potential Supportive and collaborative virtual team environment 📢 This is an urgent hiring opportunity!
