Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled People Technology Analyst with expertise in Workday Integrations to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in designing, building, and maintaining integrations between Workday and various internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system reliability across the HR tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :
Workday Integrations :
Design, build, test, and maintain integrations (EIBs, APIs, SOAP, REST, Raas).
Create and manage integration security groups and users.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Monitor and enhance integration performance.
Systems Interfaces & Ecosystem Management :
Manage interfaces between Workday and tools like Power BI, ADP, Udemy, Qualtrics, IRIS, Okta, and Azure AD.
Ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms.
Partner with IT and vendors for upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
Data, Reporting & Functional Support :
Enable reliable data flows for People Analytics.
Support dashboard / report development and backend data accuracy.
Assist in configuring and troubleshooting HCM, Absence, Recruitment, Compensation, and Security modules.
Governance & Documentation :
Maintain documentation for integrations and data flows.
Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Participate in audits and risk assessments.
QUALIFICATIONS : Must-Haves :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in HRIS or People Technology roles focused on Workday.
Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, REST / SOAP APIs.
Experience with middleware tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato).
Familiarity with data analytics tools and HR systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred :
Workday Integrations Certification.
Experience with global HR systems and multi-country integrations.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
