We are partnering with a leading global life sciences company as they embark on a multi-year transformation programme to implement S / 4HANA across their worldwide operations. This is a pivotal role with full responsibility for directing the programme and ensuring it delivers business value on a global scale.

The role

As Programme Director, you will take overall accountability for the successful delivery of this global S / 4HANA transformation. You will provide direction, governance and leadership to ensure the programme meets strategic objectives while maintaining business continuity in a highly regulated environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across technology, operations, finance, supply chain and quality, as well as external partners and systems integrators.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global S / 4HANA programme strategy, roadmap and delivery plan
• Lead programme governance, steering committees and stakeholder management at executive level
• Oversee systems integration partners and ensure alignment between business and technology teams
• Manage programme budget, resourcing, risks and change control
• Drive adoption of standardised processes while respecting regulatory and compliance requirements specific to life sciences
• Ensure the transformation delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, quality and visibility across global operations
