Qualifications :
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or similar role (at least 7 years related relevant experience)>
- Team player with the ability to work within integrated, multi-disciplinary project teams
- Strong drive and resilience to overcome challenges or setbacks to achieve your team / project / client goals
- Acts as role model for business development and lead generation
Responsibilities :
Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders especially the Senior Management Team in progressing opportunitiesAccurate forecasting of future business to support the successful delivery of all projectsBuild professional relationship with internal and external customers, ensuring sales opportunities are maximized and enhancing companys reputation as an advisor of choiceAchieve sales targets supporting the strategic plan for growthPromote the companys products / services addressing or predicting clients objectivesConduct research to identify new markets and customer needsPlan, develop and oversee new marketing initiatives for lead generationExpand business in existing accounts and open new opportunities in greenfield accountsRepresent the firm in conferences, industry events and other relevant meetingsArrange business meetings with prospective clientsAssist in developing quotes and proposals for clients in compliance with company policiesDeveloping goals for the business development team and business growth and ensuring they are metTrain personnel and help team members in business development initiativesShare knowledge, give constructive feedback and coaching / mentoring to other team membersUnderstand the wider offerings of the firm and gain a good understanding of broader sector / client trends, issues, needs, and potential applicability / relevance to services offered by the groupWork Setup : Shift : Dayshift
