Overview

You will spearhead digital transformation and modernization efforts across core banking systems, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, and digital customer channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• As CTO, you will lead the development and execution of a forward-looking technology strategy that directly supports the business objectives and growth trajectory. This role entails leading a high-performing technology organization with full accountability for IT operations, software delivery, engineering excellence, cybersecurity resilience, and the evolution of digital experience platforms. Your focus will be on tightly aligning technology with business priorities to drive innovation, strengthen operational resilience, and deliver greater value to customers.

• Create and manage the technology budget, optimising resource allocation and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee the design and implementation of robust technical architectures, ensuring alignment with business requirements, security standards and industry’s best practices.
• Establish and maintain efficient and reliable technology operations, including systems infrastructure, network, data management and security protocols for high performance, uptime and data integrity.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies.
• Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring data privacy and security regulations compliance.
• Stay aware of the latest tech advancements to provide strategic insights and recommendations for maintaining our technological edge.
• To succeed as a CTO, you will provide leadership and direction in the establishment of standardized project management processes.
