Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead enterprise sales efforts across the Philippines. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on acquiring new customers and expanding our footprint in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling SaaS-based B2B solutions to large enterprises and a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Job Description
- Drive new business development by targeting large enterprise accounts (revenues of $1B+).
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, engaging with senior stakeholders such as CPOs, CFOs, and CIOs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to maximize territory coverage and lead generation.
- Deliver consultative, solution-based sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Accurately forecast pipeline and closures based on realistic opportunity assessments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 10 years in enterprise sales, with a strong track record in complex, high-value deals.Experience selling SaaS or cloud-based enterprise software to large organizations.Strong hunter mentality with a passion for driving new business.Willingness to travel extensively across the region.Background in eProcurement or Source-to-Pay solutions is a plus.Recognition in top sales performance programs (e.g., President's Club, Achiever's Circle) is highly desirable.What's On Offer
