Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Ecommerce Ads Specialist to lead all Google Ads activities for a growing Shopify brand in the health and wellness space. You will be responsible for scaling revenue, hitting ROAS and CPA targets, and managing high monthly ad spend with accuracy and strategic depth. This role is performance-driven and requires hands-on expertise with Shopping, Performance Max, and feed optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display , and Performance Max
Build, optimise, and maintain Shopping feeds and Merchant Center setups
Manage bidding strategies, budgets, and campaign structures to achieve ROAS and CPA goals
Conduct keyword research, audience testing, and competitive analysis to identify high-value traffic opportunities
Run A / B tests on ads, creatives, and landing pages to continuously improve performance
Ensure clean, accurate tracking in GA4 , Google Ads, and related tools
Provide clear weekly performance reports, insights, and next-step recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, email, web) to support full-funnel performance
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
3+ years of experience managing ecommerce Google Ads for Shopify brands
Experience managing a minimum of AUD 5,000 per month in ad spend
3+ years hands-on with Google Shopping, Merchant Center, and feed optimisation
Demonstrated ability to scale ROAS and consistently lower CPA
Strong skills in Google Ads Editor , feed management tools, and campaign troubleshooting
Direct experience working with health, wellness, or supplement brands

Requirements
Qualifications : 3+ years of hands-on experience managing high-budget e-commerce Google Ads campaigns. Expert proficiency in Google Shopping (Performance Max) and Merchant Center management. Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of GA4 and campaign performance metrics. Proven success in scaling campaigns while improving ROAS and lowering CPA. Skilled in using Google Ads Editor and third-party optimization tools. (Preferred) Experience in the health, wellness, or supplement niche and familiarity with regional market trends. Google Ads certification is an advantage.
