Job description

Our client is one of Asia's leading Omni-channel Retail and E-commerce Solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Design client-specific product solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for service delivery.
  • Assist sales with client requirement understanding and technical support.
  • Offer technical guidance on product specs and compatibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
  • Align client needs with internal product development and marketing.
  • Lead product demonstrations for at seminars / conferences / solution forums / exhibitions to showcase the ETP solutions.
  • Contribute to compelling proposal creation.
  • Respond promptly to RFPs, RFQs, and SOWs.
  • Maintain motivation and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Work effectively independently and in team settings.

Qualifications :

  • With 5-7+ years of functional experience in the Retail & E-commerce industry
  • At least one full life cycle ERP / Retail Software implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in pre-sales activities, preferably in the relevant industry.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Technical proficiency to understand and explain product features and benefits.
  • Prior experience as a Solution Architect (Presales Consulting) will be preferred
