Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) :
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
Strategic Guidance :
Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team and collaborate with business managers to align financial strategies with business goals.
Performance Monitoring :
Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Reporting :
Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analyses and trend forecasting, to senior management and the board.
Business Partnering :
Act as a financial business partner to operational departments like sales, marketing, and production to improve cost analysis and drive financial decisions.
Cost Savings & Profitability :
Analyze financial information to identify opportunities for cost reduction, waste minimization, and strategies to improve overall profitability.
Investment & Growth :
Support the evaluation of potential investments and new growth opportunities.
Financial Controls :
Manage and maintain internal controls and financial reporting.
Vendor & Supplier Relations :
May be involved in negotiating terms with vendors and suppliers.
