Join our team as a Trade Marketing Manager and lead exciting in-store marketing initiatives in the FMCG industry! You’ll manage a dynamic team, collaborate with sales and brand teams, and drive impactful trade campaigns and product merchandising strategies.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and mentor trade marketing staff, promotors, and beauty consultants
• Develop and roll out trade marketing programs and in-store campaigns
• Coordinate brand activations and promotional activities across channels
• Work closely with sales to ensure product availability and strong shelf presence
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and stock flow to avoid expiries
• Oversee new product launches and competitor insights
• Provide reports and support top-level alignments
