Responsibilities
Build and document systems that streamline operations
Manage client communications, inboxes, calendars, and reminders
Own entire project workflows from start to finish
Research and implement tools or solutions
Handle contracts, invoices, and follow-ups
Perform research and outreach tasks
Learn and adapt to new tools quickly
Communicate confidently across platforms (video, chat, email, etc.)
Stay organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
Be open to learning creative tasks such as web design, video editing, or graphic design, as well as other skills depending on client needs
