- Support a South Florida based agent by building brand presence and generating leads across IG, TikTok, YouTube (Shorts), and LinkedIn.
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager with direct experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of helping real estate agents grow their online presence from the ground up, building trust, engagement, and community through thoughtful, organic strategies.Key Responsibilities :
A social media manager with direct experience working with real estate agents.Someone with a proven track record of growing an agent’s social media from little or nothing to a meaningful following in an organic, clean, and professional way.The priority platforms are Instagram and LinkedIn. If they have strengths in other platforms, that’s a plus, but not essential.The emphasis is on creating valuable, engaging content that builds trust and community, not just posting for volume.Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for real estate agents.Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, captions, videos, stories, reels, and articles) that highlights the agent’s expertise, builds credibility, and resonates with potential buyers, sellers, and the community.Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement (responding to comments, messages, and fostering connections).Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to continuously optimize results.Stay updated on social media trends, especially within the real estate industry, and identify opportunities for innovation.Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, specifically working with real estate agents or agencies.Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts from scratch into meaningful, engaged followings.Strong knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn best practices (experience with Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube is a plus).Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging, professional, and trust-building content.Creative eye for design and storytelling; proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar is preferred.Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools to track and improve performance.Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts / projects effectively.Independent Contractor Perks
