Digital Marketing Manager (Real Estate) We’re looking for a driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead the launch of a new luxury wellness retreat in Lombok, Indonesia.
This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the entire marketing journey—from building the brand's presence to generating qualified leads for off-plan villa sales.
You'll work directly with the founder to shape the strategy, create the systems, and drive the results that will bring this vision to life.
Full-time : 40 hours / week Remote : Fully remote, PH working hours (PH-based candidates preferred) Engagement Type : Independent Contractor Monthly Rate : $1000-1300 (based on a 40-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience) What You'll Be Doing : Develop and implement a full marketing strategy for this luxury wellness retreat project.
Generate qualified leads from international markets (Australia, Singapore, Japan, and others) using online marketing campaigns to drive sales of off-plan villas.
Build and grow a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Create a monthly content calendar and transform raw video and photo content into optimized Reels, stories, and posts.
Set up and run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) specifically targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
Support the launch of a new website, including showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
Create a structured funnel and lead qualification system to filter for serious investors.
Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.
Who You Are : 5+ years experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
Has a strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
Independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and can take ownership to build the marketing foundation from scratch.
Familiar with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
Has an excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
