Primary Function :
PK audit team leader is responsible for leading a team of PK auditors to drive the activities in ensuring the implementation of Pika Pika guideline and 3 points management in order to create strong manufacturing site.
Minimum Requirements :
Completed 2 years in College / Bachelor’s Degree (Business Courses)
With at least 2 year experience in Electronics, and Semicon industry with auditing experience
Technical Competence :
1. Organize and coordinate the daily activities of PK auditors on the audit areas
2. Assign audit tasks and ensure all audits are completed according to schedule and quality standards
3. Review audit reports, non-conformance findings, and corrective actions for accuracy and completeness
4. Train and mentor PK team members on inspection methods and standards based on PK guideline
5. Escalate major non-conformances, recurring issues, and concerns for determination of actions
6. Proactively promotes PK activities, and check the compliance of production and support groups to PK quality requirements through audit.
