  • Aim to cultivate and nurture exceptional working relationships with service providers in the designated field.
  • Engage in negotiations or support discussions with key essential services to optimize our cost structure.
  • Prepare comprehensive annual, quarterly, and monthly updates on current competitors and potential business opportunities.
  • Provide timely reports on significant issues to senior management, along with thoughtful suggestions for potential solutions.
  • Oversee key account opportunities to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Present proposals, offer constructive recommendations, and thoughtfully assign sales targets and responsibilities to each sales team member.
  • Assess staff performance, provide feedback, and suggest appropriate rewards or development opportunities, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Address other tasks that may need attention to further enhance our service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate sales personnel to help them achieve our business sales objectives.
  • Support sales managers in driving sales performance through training on effective sales strategies.
  • Develop action plans aimed at improving the performance and productivity of team members who may be facing challenges.
