Job descriptionAim to cultivate and nurture exceptional working relationships with service providers in the designated field. Engage in negotiations or support discussions with key essential services to optimize our cost structure. Prepare comprehensive annual, quarterly, and monthly updates on current competitors and potential business opportunities. Provide timely reports on significant issues to senior management, along with thoughtful suggestions for potential solutions. Oversee key account opportunities to ensure optimal outcomes. Present proposals, offer constructive recommendations, and thoughtfully assign sales targets and responsibilities to each sales team member. Assess staff performance, provide feedback, and suggest appropriate rewards or development opportunities, including disciplinary actions when necessary. Address other tasks that may need attention to further enhance our service quality and improve customer satisfaction. Motivate sales personnel to help them achieve our business sales objectives. Support sales managers in driving sales performance through training on effective sales strategies. Develop action plans aimed at improving the performance and productivity of team members who may be facing challenges.
