Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for managing daily bookkeeping tasks, keeping records accurate and organized, and supporting our finance team with reconciliations, invoicing, and payments. You’ll work closely with our Accounting Director and team members across the company to ensure smooth financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks OnlineVerify employee credit card expenses within the Expensify platformReconcile bank and credit card statements monthlyAssist with royalty tracking and author / contractor paymentsGenerate and send invoices to vendors and partnersProcess payments through JustworksMaintain organized and up-to-date digital financial recordsSupport month-end and year-end close proceduresCommunicate with internal team, authors, and vendors regarding payment detailsAssist with basic financial reports using Excel / Google SheetsBe open to using AI tools and workflows to enhance speed, accuracy, and efficiency in bookkeeping processesTools You’ll Use
