Job descriptionAt least 1 year of bookkeeping experience in a CPA firm (required) Minimum 1 year of U.S. tax preparation experience (required) Fluent English communication skills Proficiency in QuickBooks and Lacerte Strong attention to detail and time management
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Bookkeeper to join our CPA firm. The ideal candidate has strong U.S. bookkeeping experience, is proficient with QuickBooks and Lacerte, and has at least 1 year of experience in U.S. tax preparation.
Responsibilities :
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Assist in personal and corporate U.S. tax preparation
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Collaborate with CPAs and respond to client inquiries
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
Location : Onsite in Cebu City for 2 months and transition WFH after.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM Eastern Time Zone
