Automation Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Automation Specialist who will serve as the backbone of our automation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on streamlining processes, connecting systems, and enabling teams to work smarter. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cross-platform automations that integrate n8n, Airtable, Microsoft Power Automate / Power Query, and various APIs (JIRA, Basecamp, and others).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design workflows, and implement process improvements.
• Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n, ensuring efficient and reliable execution across multiple business systems.
• Connect and synchronize Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
• Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards.
• Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.
• Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.
• Maintain clear documentation for all automations and provide training or guidance to ensure solutions are sustainable.
