Job descriptionPlan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches to increase brand awareness and market share. Collaborate with creative, sales, and digital teams to develop compelling content and advertising materials. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results. Work closely with suppliers and distributors to manage product assortments and ensure competitive positioning. Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty. Oversee inventory planning and demand forecasting to support sales objectives. Partner with sales teams to ensure brand objectives are aligned with retail and distribution goals. Develop in-store branding initiatives and trade marketing programs to support retail partners. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors. Track key brand performance metrics, sales data, and market insights to measure success. Prepare reports and presentations on brand performance, marketing ROI, and business impact. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience as a Brand Manager in retail, FMCG, or distribution. Strong understanding of brand management, product marketing, and consumer engagement strategies. Experience in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms is a plus. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends. Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning, drive consumer engagement, and maximize sales performance. This role requires a strong background in retail or distribution, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the brands presence in the industry.
