General Manager

The General Manager (GM) is reponsible for the day to day activities of the company

through management all the different heads of processes of SMEDICOPHILS. The GM

ensures the that the company performs as guided by the direction and strategies set by the

Board of Directors.

The General Manager shall report directly to the President and shall attend all meetings of

the Board, unless the Board has requested otherwise. The

GM shall also be present at General Meetings.
