Job Description :
You’ll be the backbone of customer operations, handling the written communications and administrative processes that keep this education business running smoothly. While your primary focus will be managing chat inquiries, email correspondence, and backend administrative tasks, you’ll also serve as voice backup support when needed. This role empowers the onshore team to focus on direct customer calls while you ensure no inquiry goes unanswered. You’ll work independently with minimal supervision, making this perfect for a self-directed professional who thrives in a results-oriented environment.

Requirements
5+ years of senior-level customer service experience with demonstrated reliability Strong English communication skills for both written and voice interactions Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) Experience with accounting systems and various chat platforms Proven ability to work independently without extensive supervision Self-directed work approach with strong time management skills Bonus if you have experience in the education or tutoring industry It helps if you have experience with Australian business practices and time zones Bonus if you have experience with invoicing and refund processing systems
