As a Senior Customer Service Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless order processing and providing exceptional support to both customers and internal teams. What you´ll do

• Process orders in SAP and Service Cloud for clients via email for accuracy and timely fulfilment
• Provide comprehensive support to Customers and Sales, Commercial, Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams
• Perform administrative support for the process of Customer Service Support and handle Adhesive order entry processes
• Work on tasks as defined by Order to Cash (Asia Pacific) Customer Service Support team where employee is assigned
• Execute daily operations, support business and functions with relevant process / technical expertise
