Role Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated, independent, and results-driven Global SaaS & Platform Sales Manager to lead B2B growth in your country. You'll drive SaaS and lead subscription sales for hospitals and clinics, focusing on rapid expansion and client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and provide transparent feedback on customer and market trends.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for rapid growth with minimal resources.
  • Own individual sales targets - from prospecting to closing SaaS and leads packages.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships for recurring business and referrals.
  • Provide weekly performance reports and continuously improve based on data-driven insights.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B SaaS or Platform sales experience (5+ years).
  • Deep understanding of healthcare, medical tourism, or digital tech sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and self-management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious targets.
